My background is as a safety professional. In my first safety leadership role at General Electric, the plant manager asked me to lead a culture change.
What I didn’t know is that I would be leading first EHS related change and then changes related to other aspects of the business throughout my career.
I founded Engaged Change Solutions in 2013 to help organizations with navigating complex changes. And often we’re able to use health and safety as a lever to help an organization implement and execute its entire strategy.
