Our Guiding Principles

We stand by a few guiding principles that help us fulfill our mission and operate by our core values. These are our promises to each of our clients.

Ethics

Hold to high standards of ethical conduct and do the right thing every time.

Adhere to the Client’s Agenda

Take the time to understand, support, and challenge.

Build client commitment through involvement and remember it is the client’s success.

Earn the Right to Advance

Model and earn trust at every stage of the engagement process.

Our goal is to create an intimate relationship where we can discuss the organization’s most critical opportunities and toughest challenges.

We deeply understand and honor the responsibility we carry when a company allows us to help them develop their organizational DNA – their underlying values, principles, culture, and reason for existence.

We also want to ensure change efforts are aligned with the broader organizational strategy if we’re working with a division or subsidiary. To do this, we have to know our clients exceptionally well.

Elliott Holland, MBA

Elliott Holland

Elliott has almost 15 years of strategic consulting experience both as a part of larger firms like Accenture and The Chartis Group and for himself as Managing Director of Peachtree Strategy a firm he co-founded. Most of his career has been spent evaluating and improving businesses as a private equity investor. He has a deep finance, strategy, and new business development toolkit built from working with clients as large as Fortune 50 and as small as $5 million in revenue. One of Elliott’s greatest attributes is his ability to break down the most complex business models or operating environments and find key value drivers quickly. Once found, he has an uncanny ability to isolate those drivers and deliver strategies that improve them to the benefit of the business and its owners. Elliott is passionate about developing and helping small businesses as he has owned several firms himself and personally understands the challenges small businesses owners face. He has his MBA from Harvard Business School along with bachelor degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology and Morehouse College. He is also a guest lecturer at the University of Michigan.
